We’re roofers, not roof brokers.
Roofing has gradually moved from a craftsmen driven industry to a marketing and sales driven industry. Companies that don’t actually do any roofing dominate the market. The inevitable result is that the sale is prioritized over the roof, the sales professional over the roofer, and the marketing strategy over job site procedure. That’s not us. Smaart doesn’t use subcontractors, and we prioritize the roof that we are working on, not the lead we hope to close.
Nails, and other details make a Smaart Roof.
A lasting roof is achieved in the quality and placement of nails, step flashing, and other hidden elements. Shingles are designed to seal almost immediately; for this reason it is impossible for a supervisor, contractor or homeowner to truly assess the quality of a new roof after it has been completed. This is why integrity and accountability are so important when it comes to shingle installation.
We’ll come out in about a year and check your new roof for anything amiss - for free.

Strong workmanship warranties.
We provide a standard 7 year workmanship warranty, and offer a 10 year option with an upgrade to premium stainless steel roofing nails and waterproofing underlayment along the eaves (the roof’s bottom edge).
